HOW WE DETERMINE YOUR PROGRAM

The personal meal plan is generated based on recommended daily energy intake recommendations based on your height, weight, gender, and age. The recommendation is based on the following - more information 

The ingredients used in our meal plans are based on the following food databases,

1. The Food and Nutrition Database for Dietary Studies (FNDDS) - reference 

2. The USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference (SR) - reference

To determine the individual's BMR we use the Mifflin St. Jeor Calculator. We then multiply by the activity level and then use a goal multiplier to work out end caloric requirements [Learn more].

Be aware that our programs (like any other exercise program) do involve a risk of injury. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health right now.

We are not medical practitioners. Our advice whether it be on our website, in our meal plans, exercise program's or via email coaching, none of it is meant as a substitute for medical advice. You must consult your doctor before beginning ANY meal plan or exercise program, no exceptions. You are using our plans, programs, workout's and coaching at your own risk and we are not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using our programs.

GENERALLY EXPECTED RESULTS

Although our products and services are intended to be fully implemented, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the user. If you implement the products and services from us correctly you should see amazing results, however, it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from us it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind.

The end results you get will depend upon the individual and how much effort you put in.

IMPORTANT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION

If you purchase our Program you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client.  In order to cancel your subscription simply send an email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to your next billing cycle date.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may cancel your membership at any time, however, cancellations made after your billing cycle has occurred and been charged are not eligible for refunds.

Memberships are not eligible for refunds unless a customer requests in writing via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to their membership payment being automatically debited whereby the account was not cancelled before the recurring payment has been charged. 

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice via email to [email protected] prior to an automated payment being made.

CHALLENGES

All registered participants for any TWS Challenges are not subject to a refund for the entirety of the challenge. All registered participants are locked in for the duration of the challenge from the challenge start date until the end. Cancellations post-challenge period must be made at anytime at least 24 hours prior to accounts being charged on your billing date. Free trials are not offered during challenge promotion periods.

7 DAY FREE TRIAL

Train With Soph monthly and quarterly training and nutrition combined programs may offer a 7 Day Free Trial during certain periods. Free trials are not eligible across training-only and nutrition-only programs, challenge-only programs or during sales promotions. All free trials are valid for single use per new customer only. 

You will not be charged during the 7 day period - card details are required prior to signing up for billing address purposes and prevention of fraudulent payments.

Once the 7 day trial period has finished your card will be billed for the membership amount selected at the time of signing up.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your subscription during the trial this should be completed at least 24 hours before the end date of the trial
