IMPORTANT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION
If you purchase our Program you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client. In order to cancel your subscription simply send an email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to your next billing cycle date.
With all our Online Services we have a 7 day 100% money-back guarantee (7 days commences after the 7-day free trial where applicable) — If within the first 7 days of your initial purchase you are not happy or satisfied with any of your purchases from us (subscription and non-subscription services) for whatever reason, simply just request a full refund by contacting the [email protected] You will be refunded and your subscription will be canceled. However, if you have purchased a program during a promotional period and have redeemed that promotion (e.g. supplements, clothing, headphones) you are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not apply to new subscriptions of customers who were previously refunded.
All registered participants for all TWS Challenges are not subject to a refund for the entirety of the challenge. All registered participants are locked into an 8 week recurring subscription and cannot cancel this subscription until the 8 weeks has completed. Cancellations post 8 week period must be made at anytime at least 24 hours prior to accounts being charged on your billing date.

Train With Soph monthly and quarterly training and nutrition combined programs offer a 7 Day Free Trial. Free trials are not eligible across training only and nutrition only programs. All free trials are valid for single use per new customer only. All 7 Day Free Trials are available via a specific link and are not automatically added to individual accounts.
You will not be charged during the 7 day period - card details are required prior to signing up for billing address purposes and prevention of fraudulent payments.
Once the 7 day trial period has finished your card will be billed for the membership amount selected at the time of signing up.
Please note that if you wish to cancel your subscription during the trial this should be completed at least 24 hours before the end date of the trial.
